Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and closing clients looking for CXO-level and leadership hiring solutions in the U.S. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CHROs, Talent Heads, CXOs) at mid to large enterprises. Understand client requirements deeply and pitch customized executive search services. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. Attend virtual meetings, industry events, and networking sessions relevant to U.S. executive hiring. Maintain CRM records and track all outreach and conversion metrics. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the executive search / leadership hiring / CXO recruitment domain. Proven success in acquiring and managing clients from the U.S. recruitment/staffing market. Strong understanding of retained and contingency search models. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn-based prospecting. Preferred (Good to Have): Existing client relationships in the U.S. enterprise segment. Experience working in or with top-tier executive search firms. Ability to understand and pitch high-level leadership hiring solutions. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
