Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Baroda. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing comprehensive business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams. The role also involves market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and relationship management
Experience in market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing business strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the IT services or digital workplace industry is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
