Job Overview:

Belly Partner Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fitness centers, dieticians, and health-conscious communities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Salad Caffe’s offerings, including corporate meal plans and healthy diet options.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that enhance customer engagement.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients.
• Track and analyze sales performance, reporting on key metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Represent Salad Caffe at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the food & beverage or health sector).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the health food industry and customer preferences is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
