Sales Development Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Executive to help grow Salad Caffe’s brand presence, corporate partnerships, and bulk sales—especially targeting health-conscious consumers, corporates, schools, and fitness communities. This role will be focused on increasing daily orders, expanding into new institutional clients, and establishing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients, gyms, schools, and hospitals for bulk salad orders or tie-ups.
• Pitch Salad Caffe's value proposition: healthy, oil-free meals with plant-based options and reward points on orders.
• Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, emails, and local events.
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to run local campaigns and improve visibility.
• Maintain and update CRM records, reports, and order pipelines.
• Help develop new sales strategies to meet order targets (e.g., 100 orders/day from institutions).
• Work closely with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in F&B or health/wellness sectors).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Knowledge of the Kochi/Kerala market is a plus.
• Passion for healthy eating and lifestyle is a bonus.

Compensation:
Basic salary + incentives based on sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
