Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – SaaS & Web Solutions, located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our AI Services & AI-powered marketing tools to SMBs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with clients and providing them with ongoing support and training on our solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospective SMB clients through cold calling, networking, social selling, and inbound leads. Present AiMT’s product suite—including website services and AI-powered SaaS products—to decision-makers in small and medium businesses. Develop tailored proposals, focusing on ROI-driven benefits of our offerings. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (both revenue and new customer acquisition). Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage upselling and renewals. Qualifications Preferred experience in SaaS sales and web solutions Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and digital marketing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations Strong negotiation and contract management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with local market and industry trends is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Work Environment & Benefits Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday Compensation Structure: Base Salary: ₹18,000 INR per month (fixed) Performance Commission: 10% commission on first month’s subscription value for each new SaaS client. 5% commission on website project value. Monthly accelerator: If you exceed ₹1,00,000 in total sales for the month, earn an additional ₹5,000 bonus. Quarterly Retention Bonus: Earn ₹2,500 extra per quarter for clients who remain active for 90 days or more. Projected OTE (On-Target Earnings): ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month based on performance. Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities. Our sales compensation is structured to provide both stability and strong upside for high performers. Base Salary (In-House SDR): 18,000/month fixed (9-hour workday). Commission (Subscriptions): 30% commission on the customers first month subscription. 10% residual commission for months 2-12. Example: For a SaaS product at 1,000/month MRR Month 1: You earn 300 Months 212: You earn 100 11 = 1,100 Total 1-year earnings on that one customer = 1,400 (140% of one month’s fee). One-Time Projects (Websites, Creative Design, Automations): Commissions vary by project size: Basic Website (15k) 10% = 1,500 Custom Website (50k) 15% = 7,500 E-commerce Website (75k) 20% = 15,000
