Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of WRP Solution. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Generate Leads:

  • Research and identify potential clients and markets.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement:

  • Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Present tailored solutions and proposals to clients.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve product and service offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3 -6 years of Proven track record in business development and sales within the software consulting or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology and software solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
