Designation : Business Development Manager β Owning and executing the growth plan for the business, including identification and execution of ways to significantly grow market share. β Ensuring profitable growth. β Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business. β Product line planning and execution, including pricing strategy. β Driving business growth by generating and managing inquiries, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in the region of operation. β Expanding business opportunities by acquiring new customers, building strong relationships. β Identification and conversion of ongoing residential projects in assigned areas by working with Architects, Interiors designers, consultants, and contractors. β Maintain an accurate and documented pipeline of opportunities and provide appropriate communication of such to management. β All closure of commercial transactions such as negotiation, closures, payments & other statutory compliance follow up. β Nurturing existing relationships to achieve repeat and referral business. β Ensuring timely delivery and installation of products and services. β Assists management in leading the team as needed. β Customer Satisfaction and Performance review after installation. β Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities. β Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing Customers. β Understand the problems and challenges of Customers and identify ways the business could better address those needs. β Plan and conduct customer presentations, and other marketing activities to existing and new customers. β Managing customer meetings and communication-related activities through CRM and reporting the same to management. β Review and study drawings received from architects or interior designers, understand design aspects and understand clientβs needs & current design trends. β Keep track of the latest trends, visit exhibitions and competitorβs offerings and suggest new and innovative options, if possible. Industry : - Luxury home decor products Minimum Qualifications: β 5+ years of experience into the luxury furniture, home decor and lights industry. β Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills. β An aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic and tactical thinking, and detailed planning. β Market development and sales management in this domain. β Should be able to handle customers independently. β Should be willing to travel extensively in the region.
