Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10+ inside sales executives or BDEs.
  • Conduct daily check-ins, performance reviews, and maintain team discipline.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor individual performance, and ensure targets are met without delays or excuses.
  • Identify underperformance issues early and take corrective action promptly.

Training & Development

  • Provide onboarding and ongoing sales training to team members.
  • Share best practices in cold calling, lead conversion, objection handling, and product pitching.
  • Regularly update the team with product knowledge, market trends, and communication techniques.

Target Achievement

  • Take full ownership of the team’s monthly revenue and lead conversion targets.
  • Ensure the entire team consistently meets or exceeds individual and collective targets.
  • Track daily and weekly progress using CRM tools and submit performance reports to management.

Communication & Conflict Resolution

  • Maintain strong, clear, and professional communication with the team and management.
  • Address communication breakdowns or issues among team members swiftly.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute strategies to increase lead quality and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead flow and customer journey improvement.
  • Monitor competition and provide inputs on improving sales processes and pitch effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team management role.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team of 10+ members and consistently achieving team targets.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must be target-oriented, process-driven, and strict with performance timelines.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
