Position: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in cybersecurity solutions for the Defense/Govt. and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, cybersecurity knowledge, and a robust network, offering a great opportunity for career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Role:
-Identify and generate leads for IT products and services in the assigned territory (Defense/Govt. Sector)
-Visit client locations to pitch offerings, deliver presentations, and close sales deals
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
-Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with customer needs
-Maintain regular reports of field visits, sales performance, and market feedback
-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company
Requirement:
-Min 2 years of experience in B2B field sales in the IT/software domain (Defense/Govt. sector - Good to have)
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (basic technical knowledge preferred)
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate immediately
-Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
-Proficiency in English & Hindi (knowledge of any regional language is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
