Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in client acquisition and revenue generation for our HR staffing services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions (IT, non-IT, contract, permanent).
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and present customized staffing solutions to fulfill their hiring needs.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts effectively.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
  • Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Related Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in the HR staffing industry
  • Strong network with corporate HR professionals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of staffing models – contract, permanent, RPO, etc.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused

Preferred Skills:

· Existing database of potential clients

  • Industry-specific knowledge (IT)

Compensation:

Base Salary + High Incentives + Travel Allowances (as per experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
