Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM)

Key Responsibilities:-
-Utilize Upwork and other freelance portals to identify, bid, and close projects.
-Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
-Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed technical proposals and project estimations.
-Schedule and conduct client meetings and video calls, maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
-Collaborate with technical teams to understand offerings and propose tailored solutions.
-Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure consistent pipeline activity.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
-2–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition roles.
-Strong command over Upwork portal – bidding, client engagement, and project closing.
-Good understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, .NET, Python).
-Experience in writing compelling and customized business proposals.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Confident in handling client calls, negotiations, and long-term relationship management.
-Proven ability to generate leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and close deals.
-Capable of working both independently and within a team.
