Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Education Sales professional with a strong background in Audio-Visual (AV) product sales to drive business growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling Smart Boards, IFPD Panels, Projectors, Digital Signage, and other AV/EdTech solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and training institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector within Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
• Promote and sell AV and EdTech solutions (Smart Boards, IFPDs, Projectors, Digital Signage, Classroom Solutions).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and channel partners.
• Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and client acquisition.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and after-sales support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Education Sales / Institutional Sales.
• Proven background in AV product sales (Smart Boards, IFPD, Projectors, Digital Signage, Classroom Solutions).
• Strong network within the education ecosystem (schools, colleges, training centers).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.

Qualification:

• Graduate (MBA preferred) with relevant sales experience.
