Profile: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying and researching potential B2B clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.

· Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions.

· Sales Strategy and Execution:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets, including preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.

· Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

· Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, tracking performance, and providing regular sales reports.

· Market Analysis and Reporting:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and reporting findings to the management team.

· Client Feedback and Internal Communication:

Gathering feedback from clients and sharing it with relevant internal teams to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and delivering presentations.

· Negotiation and Closing Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with clients.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

· Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Min Experience - 6 years (B2B sales)
