Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
• Drive sales growth by pitching products/services to potential clients.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support client requirements.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and conferences.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to optimize business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
