Job Title: Business Development Manager – Diamond/Jewellery Industry
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Travel Allowance

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the diamond/jewellery industry. The candidate must have proven expertise in field sales, B2B marketing, and customer relationship management, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B business development in the diamond/jewellery sector.
• Conduct field sales visits to meet potential clients, distributors, and partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat and long-term business.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the diamond/jewellery industry.
• Proven track record in diamond sales, field sales, and B2B marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the diamond/jewellery market and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
