Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

About Us
DevStayz India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative Property Management Software (PMS) designed for hotels and resorts. Our software simplifies OTA (Online Travel Agency) management, boosts revenue, and helps hoteliers manage their operations more efficiently. We are expanding in Rishikesh and Haridwar and are looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
•
Identify and approach hotels, resorts, and homestays in Rishikesh & Haridwar for PMS software sales.
•
Build strong relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
•
Present and demonstrate DevStayz PMS software features and benefits.
•
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, product demos, negotiations, and closures.
•
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•
Maintain reports of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
•
Ensure customer onboarding and handover to the operations/support team.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred).
•
Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in Hospitality / Travel Tech / OTA / PMS Software industry.
•
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
•
Strong networking ability in the local hospitality market.
•
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
•
Based in or willing to relocate to Rishikesh/Haridwar.
