Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Admissions & Enrolment Growth

  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
  • Follow up on all leads from walk-ins, calls, social media, and events.
  • Conduct counselling sessions with parents and explain curriculum, facilities, and school culture.
  • Organize campus tours and ensure high conversion from enquiries to admissions.
  • Track student enrolment data and share daily/weekly MIS reports.

2. Sales & Product Promotion

  • Promote i2Global’s After School offerings (RSGP, STEAM, Tuition programs, and other products).
  • Conduct product demos for parents, schools, and partners.
  • Follow up on leads generated through Project K, marketing funnels, and campaigns.
  • Work with the academic team to ensure smooth product implementation.

3. Business Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify and build partnerships with preschools, activity centres, corporates, and communities.
  • Participate in education fairs, events, and promotional activities.
  • Explore new markets and opportunities for school expansion.

4. Marketing Support & Lead Generation

  • Support local marketing activities such as flyers, street campaigns, and community events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and branding work.
  • Create strong visibility around the school in the neighbourhood.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication with parents before and after admission.
  • Manage enquiries through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Resolve parent concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.

6. Reporting & Process Management

  • Prepare weekly admission forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and drop reasons.
  • Ensure all admission processes and guidelines are followed.

Must-Have

  • 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, EdTech sales, or education services.
  • Strong communication and counselling skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field activities and local travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
