Sr. Academic Excellence Manager (FEMALE ONLY) - School Operations

Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum and Instruction

• Coordinate and implement the academic curriculum across grades and centers.
• Promote inquiry-based, experiential, and student-focused teaching methodologies.
• Align lesson planning and delivery with educational benchmarks.

2. Academic Supervision

• Conduct regular inspections of all centers to ensure academic standards and teaching quality.
• Guide and support faculty to maintain consistency in content delivery and classroom management.
• Ensure student assessments and evaluations are implemented uniformly.

3. School Ideology and Values

• Embrace and uphold the school’s educational philosophy, mission, and values.
• Train and monitor teams across all branches to ensure consistent practice of school ideology.
• Promote school culture through collaboration and shared academic goals.

4. Teacher Development and Support

• Conduct teacher evaluations and classroom observations.
• Facilitate ongoing professional development programs.
• Promote team collaboration and sharing of innovative teaching practices.

5. Student Reports and Documentation

• Ensure all centers maintain and share accurate academic reports, including:
• Verify timely dispatch of reports to parents and collection of acknowledgments.
• Maintain centralized records of all student documentation and feedback.

6. Complaints and Escalation Handling

• Act as the first point of contact for academic-related complaints or concerns.
• Investigate and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues with proper documentation and follow-up.

7. Monthly Newsletter and Communication

• Draft and distribute a monthly academic newsletter showcasing school updates, student highlights, and upcoming initiatives.
• Share academic insights, inspection reports, and achievements with stakeholders.

8. Parent and Community Engagement

• Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and share student progress insights.
• Address parent queries and support positive school-home collaboration.
• Organize parent engagement sessions and academic orientation programs.

9. Policy Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all academic practices follow institutional and regulatory standards.
• Support in school audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
• Submit regular reports to leadership on academic health and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per month
