Job Description – Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our events and wedding business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads and close sales for events, artists, and wedding projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, agencies, and individual clients.
Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for event execution and client servicing.
Preferred Background:
Experience in the event industry, artist management, or artist sales preferred.
Open to candidates from other industries with strong sales ability.
Proven track record of business development and achieving sales numbers.
Skills Required:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
Ability to build strong networks and long-term client relationships
Good presentation & pitching skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education & Experience:
Graduate/Post-graduate (any field)
4–6 years of relevant sales/business development experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
