Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the licensing and certification services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, proven team leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of services like MSME registration, GST filing, FSSAI licensing, Trademark registration, Company Incorporation, and other government-related compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Drive revenue targets through partnerships, direct sales, and channel strategies.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion:
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new services or geographic areas for expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of business development executives and sales professionals.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide training as needed.
  • Product Knowledge & Compliance:
  • Stay updated with the latest regulations and requirements related to MSME, GST, FSSAI, Trademark, and other certification services.
  • Ensure that the team is well-trained and informed on all service offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the licensing and certification industry.
  • Proven experience in handling services like MSME registration, GST, FSSAI, Trademark, Incorporation, etc.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with at least 3+ years of team handling experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
