Job Title: Business Development Manager (BPO Outsourcing – International Markets)

Location: On-site / Hybrid (India)
Industry: BPO / KPO / Outsourcing
Experience Required: 3–7 years in International BPO sales or outsourcing sales

Role Overview

We need a Business Development Manager who knows how to bring in real business — not just talk about leads. Your job is simple: find companies in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada that are willing to outsource their voice, customer support, or backend operations, start conversations, and close deals.

If you’re the kind of person who understands how outsourcing works and can confidently speak to senior decision-makers, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with companies looking to outsource their business processes to India.
  • Generate new business through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Handle the full sales cycle — prospecting, requirement understanding, solution pitch, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with internal delivery and operations teams to understand capabilities before committing solutions to clients.
  • Lead and manage documentation:
  • RFI (Request for Information)
  • RFP (Request for Proposal)
  • SOW (Statement of Work)
  • MSA (Master Service Agreement)
  • SLAs, NDAs, pricing sheets, proposals, etc.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress weekly.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skillset

  • Proven track record of winning BPO / outsourcing accounts — voice or non-voice.
  • Strong understanding of offshore delivery models, pricing structures (per seat, per hour, FTE, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — must be able to speak confidently with CXOs and decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and maintaining daily activity logs.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and close deals.
