Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our corporate gifting business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of client needs in the corporate and gifting space. You will play a key role in driving revenue, expanding our client base, and offering innovative and customized gifting solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Pitch customized corporate gifting solutions based on client requirements, brand alignment, and budget.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of orders.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate gifting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a team-player attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
