We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our corporate gifting business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of client needs in the corporate and gifting space. You will play a key role in driving revenue, expanding our client base, and offering innovative and customized gifting solutions to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Pitch customized corporate gifting solutions based on client requirements, brand alignment, and budget. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of orders. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate gifting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms. Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a team-player attitude.
