Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our Loan Against Property (LAP) / Working Capital sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing a portfolio of clients, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our LAP / CC products. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate and financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sourcing: Actively identify and generate leads for Loan Against Property / Working Capital through various channels, including cold calling, networking, channel partners (connectors, real estate agents), and market visits. Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell our LAP / CC products to potential customers, explaining the features, benefits, and application process. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursals. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and provide customized loan solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-disbursement follow-up. Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Documentation and Process Management: Assist customers with the collection of required documents (property title deeds, income proofs, etc.) and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate with the credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications. Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on Loan Against Property, Home Loans, or other secured loans. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Loan Against Property product, its lifecycle, and associated processes. Knowledge of the real estate market and property valuation. Familiarity with financial documents and credit analysis. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
