Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, attending events, and digital outreach. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. 2. Client Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts. 3. Sales & Conversion Present and pitch services/products to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Track and report on conversion metrics and ROI. 4. Market Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights and recommendations for business strategy adjustments. 5. Strategic Planning Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) for execution. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular reports on sales, targets, and forecasts.
