Role Description

Our Client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Developing strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
• Conducting market research and preparing business proposals.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the transportation or technology industry will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
