Job Title: Business Development Manager – International Software Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive international sales of our software services. You’ll focus on markets in the USA, UK, and Europe, generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, and job portals (Upwork, PeoplePerHour, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international clients
  • Research target markets and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct meetings/calls with prospects and collaborate with technical teams on solutions
  • Track leads, communications, and deal progress in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven international software/IT services sales experience
  • Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, PPH, and similar platforms
  • Excellent English communication—spoken and written
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with overseas clients
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Prior experience working with clients in USA, UK, and European markets is essential

Pay: ₹34,309.23 - ₹89,280.57 per month
