Job Description

Responsibilities:-
● Generate set revenue and help attain targeted Gross Margin.● Generate Potential leads on clients and properties.● Qualify leads, meet prospects and close the deals to increase revenue.● Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.● Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.● Develop & Maintain a healthy and strong relationship with intermediaries in the market.● Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory.● Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region.Requirements & Skills :-
● Proven work experience of 7 - 9 years in sales & Business Development.● Experience related to co-working space/ Managed office or commercial real estate will be an added benefit.● Good team player.● Strong Sales, Communication and negotiation skills.● Open to travelling as a part of work.● Ability to prepare and present attractive presentations.● Professionalism and willingness to work hard is a plus point.● Relevant bachelors degree is required.
