ROLE: Business Development Manager

About the Role

Alphaabets Digital Labs is looking for ambitious MBA graduates with a hunter mindset to drive enterprise business development in the Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), and Digital Engineering domains. You’ll engage CXO-level clients, manage procurement cycles, and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, events, and industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify enterprise leads in target verticals.
  • Drive the B2B procurement process – RFPs, proposals, and contract closure.
  • Build CXO-level relationships with clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and LinkedIn forums.
  • Collaborate with marketing for webinars, campaigns, and outreach activities.
  • Maintain CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) and weekly sales reports.

Daily / Weekly Targets

  • 30–50 qualified enterprise leads per month.
  • 5–10 conversions per quarter.
  • Achieve monthly revenue KPIs linked to variable payout.
  • Maintain ≥80% CRM accuracy and timely client engagement.

Education & Experience

  • MBA (Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute) – Marketing, Sales, or Strategy specialization.
  • 0–2 years in B2B / Enterprise / SaaS / Consulting sales preferred.

Requirements

  • Superlative communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong LinkedIn networking and social selling capability.
  • Ability to generate leads through industry events and digital outreach.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
