Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across PSU, Private, and Co-operative Banks.
Handle sales of ATMs, Cash Recyclers, Passbook Printing Kiosks, and customized kiosk products for banks and corporates.
Conduct detailed market research, lead generation, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation.
Prepare and manage
RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation
for nationalized and co-operative banks.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with technical and project teams for product demos, trials, and project implementation.
Represent the company at exhibitions and client meetings to promote brand visibility and new product lines.
Expand market presence in
Mass Transit, Corporate, and Overseas segments
through consultative selling and relationship management.
Meet revenue targets through effective pipeline management and negotiation.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA or equivalent qualification with 4 to 10 years of experience in
Sales / Business Development
within the
Banking Automation, Kiosk, or Payment Solutions industry
.
Proven record of handling key banking clients and closing high-value deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and tender management processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced business environments.
