Role & responsibilities

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels such as field visits, references, digital leads, and cold calling.
Meet potential customers to understand their loan requirements and propose suitable financial products.
Assist clients with documentation, eligibility checking, and loan application processing.
Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets for different loan categories.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new loan products.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any field (preferably in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce).
2 to 6 years of experience in loan sales or financial product sales.
Strong knowledge of secured and unsecured loan products.
Good communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability in lead generation and target achievement.
Self-motivated, field-oriented, and comfortable with customer interactions.
