Job Title: Product Manager -Business Loan Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager Business Loan to lead the development, enhancement, and management of our business loan offerings. This role will focus on improving product features, streamlining customer journeys, enabling sales channels, and driving customer acquisition through innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end business loan product journeydesign, enhancement, process reengineering, and ongoing management. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Branch, Sales, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to implement product features, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory adherence. Go-to-Market Strategy: Support sales with collateral, communication plans, and customized programs to drive disbursements and customer engagement. Process Efficiency & Customer Experience: Design and implement scalable, low-TAT journeys for MSME, SEP/SENP, and unsecured loan segments to improve turnaround and satisfaction. Market Research & Benchmarking: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance value propositions. Digital Integration: Work with digital teams to create data-led customer journeys, pre-approved/propensity models, and lead conversion funnels. Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing and sales to run targeted campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and cross-sell opportunities. Portfolio Monitoring: Track product performance metrics such as disbursements, sourcing mix, ticket size, TAT, lead funnel efficiency, and quality of book. Training & Communication: Conduct training for field teams and ensure all platforms reflect the latest product information and updates. Qualifications Experience: Min 3 years of experience in product Management roles within business loans, SME lending, or secured/unsecured loan products. Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
