Urgent openings for Branch Manager, Personal Loan for TN Erode location

Role & responsibilities

Drive personal loan sales through effective team management and channel development
Manage and scale DSA channels to meet branch sales targets
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance
Ensure compliance and quality sourcing as per company standards
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to build strategies accordingly

Preferred candidate profile
