Business Development Manager OEM / Industrial Sales

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the assigned territory while operating from Rajkot HO.
  
• Identify new OEM / industrial clients and grow business from existing accounts in the assigned territory.
  
• Communicate and coordinate with clients in Mumbai, Delhi, or Hyderabad via calls, meetings, and digital channels.
  
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the territory to drive growth.
  
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners remotely and during occasional visits.
  
• Educate clients about product range, features, and solutions; explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  
• Negotiate contracts, ensure timely payments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business reports.
  
• Execute brand-building initiatives and promotional activities for the assigned territory.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile / Skills:

• Proven experience in OEM / industrial sales or B2B business development.
  
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients in the assigned territory.
  
• Experience coordinating with product development and engineering teams.
  
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen.
