Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market analysis, sales strategizing, and meeting targets, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Additionally, the manager will be involved in negotiating contracts, presenting new solutions, and collaborating closely with the sales and product development teams.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Skills in Market Research, Market Analysis, and Sales Strategy
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration Abilities
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Architect & Applicator connect will be added advantage.
