Key Responsibilities: • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across digital marketing, AI-powered growth, and consulting services. • Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, social selling, and strategic partnerships. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals tailored to business needs. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to deliver effective client pitches and solutions. • Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring long-term, profitable client relationships. • Track, analyze, and report business development metrics (leads, conversions, revenue). • Represent Ascentrix at industry events, networking meets, and digital forums to enhance visibility. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital/AI solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting services). • Strong network and experience in B2B outreach, client acquisition, and relationship management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to craft customized solutions aligning with client business goals. • Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, AI tools). • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
