Graphic & Video Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic & Video Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs and videos. From social media creatives to marketing campaigns, short-form reels, motion graphics, and brand identity designs—you’ll be bringing concepts to life that drive impact.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, startup environment where your creativity shapes brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design

o Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
o Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, infographics, and pitch decks.o Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Video Design & Editing

o Conceptualize, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos (reels, ads, explainers, promos).
o Add animations, transitions, captions, and motion graphics for enhanced storytelling.o Repurpose existing content into engaging video formats for multi-platform distribution.

• Collaboration & Creativity

o Work closely with marketing, strategy, and content teams to understand creative briefs and deliver high-quality outputs.
o Stay updated with design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices.o Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns, ensuring designs resonate with the target audience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–5 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing (agency/startup experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create social media-first designs and short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, 2D animations, or UI/UX is a plus.
• A creative portfolio showcasing design and video work (mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,944.46 - ₹36,913.84 per month
