Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their IT service needs. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and serve as a point of escalation for client concerns. 4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services market. Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and expanding the client portfolio. 5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for IT services. Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the organization. 7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to shape the company's IT services strategy. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure cohesive and effective operations. Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
