About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to drive business growth in the Australian and Middle Eastern healthcare markets . Based onsite at our Gurgaon office, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and expanding our footprint in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations in these regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for the Australian and Middle Eastern markets in line with company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostics labs, clinics, and other healthcare providers. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure and post-sales support. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners in the target regions. Regularly interact with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align regional goals with company objectives. Provide market intelligence and insights to improve product-market fit and go-to-market strategy. Participate in healthcare expos, trade shows, and conferences relevant to the target regions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the respective countries. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of sales experience in the healthcare/medical devices/HealthTech industry. Proven experience in international sales , especially in Australia and the Middle East markets. Strong understanding of healthcare systems and procurement processes in these regions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in Gurgaon onsite with occasional international travel. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to manage client relationships across different time zones and business practices. Preferred Skills: Prior experience with SaaS-based healthcare platforms. Existing network of healthcare contacts in Australia or the Middle East. Familiarity with regional healthcare regulations, such as TGA (Australia) or DHA/MOH (Middle East) compliance.
