Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Varanasi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and strategizing growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
• Experience with proposal writing, contract negotiation, and strategic planning
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in consulting, finance, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
