Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Varanasi and New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives. Daily tasks include market research, attending client meetings, creating proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves tracking progress and providing reports to senior management. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools Excellent planning and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in consulting or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
