As a Business Development Manager at Admissionshala.com Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in guiding students toward fulfilling academic and career paths.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing personalized counselling and mentorship to students to help them make informed career and educational decisions.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
* Understanding student requirements and offering suitable academic programs and career opportunities.
* Achieving enrollment targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and student engagement.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality student experience.
* Staying updated with the latest trends in the education sector and contributing to continuous process improvements.
MBA / MMS / PGDM with specialization in Marketing Mangement or Human Resource Mangement.
Fresher / Proven experience in student counseling or a similar role.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong Networking and Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Proficiency in using technology for student outreach and data management.
