Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards fulfilling academic and career paths. Your responsibilities will include providing personalised guidance, support, and mentorship to empower students to make informed decisions about their future. Responsibilities Provide academic and career counselling to students based on their qualifications and aspirations. Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, colleges, and career paths. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to explain admission processes and course details. Assist students with application procedures, including form filling, documentation, and fee payments. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely and successful completion of the admission process. Qualifications MBA / MMS / PGDM with specialisation in Marketing Management or Human Resource Management. Fresher’s / Proven experience in student counselling or a similar role. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Strong Networking and Analytical Skills with the ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Proficiency in using technology for student outreach and data management.
