We are looking for a candidate who will build & manage the Sales Operations vertical for BelleVie.


Responsibilities

  • To understand the product/ customers/ processes and accordingly implement the plans.
  • Has an experience in Business development & after sales operations and the technological know-how of the latest CRM and other software for day to day business management.
  • To be an on-ground expert in sales and operations and set up business plans.
  • Drive and motivate the team to achieve the given targets.
  • Continuous market research to identify best practices, come-up with innovative ideas to create high customer happiness scores & higher adoption for our product.
  • Should forecast the future expansion plans and built the business in the right direction.



Required Skills

  • Prior Leadership and Team Management Experience.
  • Problem Solving Approach.
  • Strategic Planning, High focus on business expansion.
  • Data Analysis and Total knowledge of MS Office.
