🧠 What You’ll Own

You’ll be the face of Flowtrix for incoming leads and prospects. From the first discovery call to proposal to closing the deal and nurturing the relationship – you’ll drive it all.

• Handle inbound & outbound client calls like a pro
• Build rock-solid client relationships that actually last
• Draft and send proposals that close fast (we’ll provide templates & tools)
• Negotiate scope, timelines, and budgets with confidence
• Be the bridge between the client and the design/dev team
• Spot upsell and expansion opportunities inside existing accounts
• Help us grow sustainably and smartly

🎯 Who You Are

• You’ve worked in

  creative or Webflow agencies

  before — you get how we work
• You’re confident on Zoom, sharp in email, and strategic in Slack
• You can

  explain design/dev in simple words

  to any client
• You know how to close deals and keep relationships warm
• You’ve worked with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or HubSpot.
• 2–5 years in business development, partnerships, or client success
• Bonus: You’ve created or worked with client proposals, contracts, or retainers
