About the Role

Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business

This position provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in global business development, client engagement, and pharmaceutical outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  market research

  to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities in assigned geography (Japan / US / Europe).
• Generate and qualify leads through

  email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels

  .
• Maintain and update

  client databases, CRM tools, and pipeline trackers

  with accurate information.
• Support senior BD managers with

  proposal preparation, RFP responses, and presentations

  .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, regulatory, and operations) to prepare business development material.
• Track

  industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates

  for the target region.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing pre-meeting briefs, and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting of lead generation and BD support activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  1–5 years in sales support, lead generation, market research, or business development (pharma / CDMO / CRO / life sciences industry preferred, but not mandatory).

• Education:

  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken) – proficiency in

  English

• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
