Description:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. This internship offers practical exposure to market research, lead generation, and client relationship management in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients and market segments
Assist in lead generation and outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media
Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communication
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to understand client requirements
Assist in tracking business development metrics and preparing reports
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth

Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good research and analytical abilities
