Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves working on RFI & RFPs, as well as developing new clients. You will have direct responsibility for identifying, qualifying, developing, proposing, and closing new opportunities. Understanding the unique needs of customers is crucial, and you will be expected to present and suggest solutions, as well as demo products as required. It is essential to have a good grasp of the market opportunity and be aware of competition offerings on products and services. Building expertise with a range of technology products and solutions to meet and manage prospective customers is also part of your responsibilities. Exploring cross-sell and up-sell opportunities will be encouraged in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work on RFI & RFPs and develop new clients - Identify, qualify, develop, propose, and close new opportunities - Understand and address the unique needs of customers - Present and suggest solutions, demo products as required - Gain expertise in a range of technology products and solutions - Explore cross-sell and up-sell opportunities - Understand the market opportunity and competition offerings on products and services Qualifications Required: - Target Oriented - Excellent communication skills - Good understanding of ERP/CRM Market - Proficient in demos, presentations, & PPTs - Strong technical background and understanding - Client-facing with a good personality & presentable appearance - Strong problem-solving skills - Professional behavior This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonuses.
