Job Title: Business Development Intern Job Type: Internship Location: Hyderabad Department: Sales / Business Development Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients (schools, colleges, students, parents, and academic institutions) via outbound calls, emails, social media, and events. Client Outreach: Present and promote EdTech solutions through compelling communication that resonates with the educational sector. Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, schedule demos, and support the sales team in closing deals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the education ecosystem. CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Market Insights: Gather and report on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and provide customer insights. Job Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language skills are a plus). Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a consultative sales approach. Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
