Job Description

Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
  • Explain products or services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  • Generate sales or schedule appointments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer or similar customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as required].
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
